2. PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders can be cancelled
for a full refund at any time
BEFORE your order ships.

→ Once your order has shipped
   cancellation is no longer possible
→ You will receive a shipping
   notification by email
→ After shipment please refer
   to our Refund Policy

To cancel your pre-order :

We will confirm your cancellation
within 24 business hours and process
your full refund within 5-7 days.

3. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved cancellations are refunded
to your original payment method :

→ Credit/Debit card : 5-7 business days
→ PayPal : 3-5 business days
→ Shop Pay : 3-5 business days

4. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS
