the following conditions must be met :

2. VIDEO DOCUMENTATION
   You must provide a short video
   showing your daily application
   of the cream on your under-eye area
   throughout the 30-day period.
   → A before video on Day 1
   → An after video on Day 30
   Both videos must clearly show
   the under-eye area.

3. TIMEFRAME
   Your refund request must be submitted
   within 30 days of receiving
   your order.

4. PURCHASE VERIFICATION
   Valid for verified purchases only.
   One refund per household.

5. PRODUCT CONDITION
   At least 30% of the product
   must have been used.
